These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cvk44 website and all related services ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform or registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

"Platform"

The cvk44 website, mobile version, and all associated software, services, and content through which online gaming, betting, and related activities are conducted.

"User" or "Player"

Any person who holds a registered account on the Platform and uses its services. Each user must be individually identifiable.

"Account"

A registered user's personal gaming account through which they access Platform services and can deposit and withdraw funds.

"Bonus"

"Wagering Requirement"

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account and play games on cvk44, a user must be 21 years of age or older. If an account is opened in violation of this condition, it will be immediately closed and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Only one account may be operated per individual, household, device, or IP address. If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found, all associated accounts will be suspended.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure service security and prevent money laundering, cvk44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents.

3.1 Password and Security

The user is obligated to keep their account login credentials completely confidential. Providing account access to any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the cvk44 support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension

cvk44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or abuse the system

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months or more, the account will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — the details of which will be communicated to the user in advance by email.

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all methods on cvk44 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

4.2 Payment Methods

cvk44 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.3 Transaction Authenticity

Users may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and will be subject to investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Process

Full identity verification must be completed on the account before submitting a withdrawal request. Applicable wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. cvk44 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request to prevent money laundering.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

A wagering requirement of 25 times applies to the welcome bonus. This means that before withdrawing the bonus funds, bets totalling 25 times the sum of the deposit and bonus must be placed. For example: if a ৳100 deposit earns a ৳150 bonus, bets totalling (100+150) × 25 = ৳6,250 must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The cvk44 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). Cashback will be added to the account automatically.

5.4 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires
• The same user cannot claim the same bonus more than once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — meeting the wagering conditions is mandatory
• If a bonus is suspected to have been claimed with fraudulent intent, it will be cancelled
• cvk44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

6.1 Fair Play Policy

cvk44 ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment. All our games are supplied by certified providers and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the fairness of outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. cvk44 reserves the right to change these limits as needed.

6.3 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed in any game due to a technical or system error, cvk44 reserves the right to void that transaction. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will not be honoured.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, the determination of results depends on the announcement of the relevant recognised authority (ICC, BPL, IPL, etc.). If a match is stopped before the scheduled overs or abandoned, settlement will follow cvk44's betting rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvk44 platform:

• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse)
• Using computer programs, bots, or automated tools
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Operating an account using another person's information
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems to gain access
• Fraudulent cooperation with other users (collusion)
